The UN announced earlier today that they have started distributing food to help thousands of people who have been affected by the recent conflict with Russia. The world food program said that over the space of two days they had distributed 10 day food rations to roughly 2,000 people residing in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The UN are trying their upmost to provide as much catering to the people of Georgia as possible yet a spokesmen for the UN said it is hard to keep up with the overwhelming demand. The number of people in need of food is rising by the hour.

The fighting started Friday as Georgia attacked South Ossetia in a bid to reclaim the land. Russia retaliated by sending in troops and bombing the conflict zone.

LG are looking set to dominate the global commercial dishwashers and washing machine sector, by releasing 10 million units of new washing machines. LG is currently already ranked as number 3 in europe with most of there success being down to the popular front load washing machines.

LG have also announced in Korea that they will be releasing free new front loading washing machines with a 10 year warranty on each new appliance. Things look to be heating up in the washing machine sector, there are still alot more suprises in store and we will have to wait and see if LG will become the dominate force in this competitive industry.

Devon’s food and drink festival will be celebrated in a month. Hotels in Torquay and Devon will be full of fun and laughter as a large marquee in the grounds of Fermoys garden centre will house the event.

With more than 50 local food producers in and around the area attending it is on target to be just as a spectacular event as last year with charity funds set to exceed the £10,000 that was made the previous year. The festival is set to begin on September the 26th and will be opened by TV Chef and celebrity Peter Gorton.

Police in Torquay have formally stated that they are set to stamp out street urinators. Some people in torquay think that it is funny to urinate all over the floor where people have to walk and kids drop there food on. I totally feel this is thr right way to go as it is totally not on.

Torquay which has a population of around 65,000 and dramatically increases in the summer have been suffering from from drunken people urinating on the streets for many years. I just dont know why people do it, its not as if they cant check in to one of the torquay hotels and use the toilets, its just not on.

The clamp down will see police workers handing the offenders mops to clean up there mess, if they fail to do this they could face the possibiliy of a jail sentence.

Keira Knightley and Madonna have recentlyinspired many women to follow in their footsteps and get plastic surgery on their shoulders!!!??? Whatever next?

Many women patients desired to look as slim as possible by usually having work done on their face. However the new thing is to now have fat taken out of the shoulder area.

Posh spice has been busy busy busy! She is just about to launch her brand new designer fragrance later this month. The launch party is set for Harvey Nichols in Manchester and already posh spice has begun preparation like you wouldnt believe.

She is currently working with the perfume shop, harvery nichols to not have any ‘pink’ on display as it would clash with the overall colour theme of her designer perfume. She is so worried about the dangers of colour clashing that she has actually decided to bring her own purple carpet down there to avoid any hassle and confusion! haha (she really has too much time on her hands)

Finally, she has asked for the city of Manchester to lower the bollards on the way to the shop so she can get there more easily. This is only done in case of an emergency but on planet posh spice that includes her too!

Every single year my home is suffering more and more with pests and the like. Never did I used to get so many ant infestations and slugs saliva all inside the conservatory. I can assure you that pest control experts will not be complaining, but where does this leave us. Even pests are coming wise to natural pesticides and traps and keeping away from them, or there immune systems simply build up defences.

All in all I believe that global warming is playing a major part in the rise of garden and home pests. We can no longer walk out the house without seeing aleast one pest. Something MUST be done about this and must be done very soon.

Yep, you guessed it, none other than the most shameful Z-list celebrity, Jade Goody. She was spotted in early August outside a london perfume shop promoting her new fragrance called, ‘controvertial’. Her first fragrance was banned off the shelves because of her appauling behaviour in the hit reality TV show, Big Brother where she was accused of being an ignorant racist.

But now she has managed to make the whole situation into a marketing ploy by naming her new scent, ‘controvertial’. What a bafoon! Suprisingly, she made a complete idiot out of herself by dropping her new ‘luxury perfume‘ onto the floor. She flashed for a few pictures and chatted to the very few people who could actually be bothered to turn up.
