Finding Special Items in the World of Warcraft

In the World of Warcraft, some specific items that are very much useful in the game are hidden in various locations. These items can be sold at the Auction House or to vendors and they are a great way to make extra money in the game. Here’s a quick guide on how to find special items in the World of Warcraft.

Black Lotus - It can be found in Winterspring. The best place to find it is near the cave of the blue dragon. This is the best spot, but you can also find it in the Badlands and the Eastern Plaguelands.

Blood of the Mountain - In order to find this, you must mine your way around the Dark Nodes deep in the Searing Mountains. It is necessary for quests later on in the game as well as for those who are nearing mastering their professions. It is one of the best-selling items at the auction house.

Dark Runes – If you have any plans of going after only one item, this should be the one. Dark Runes are a must for this game and there is such a high number of demand. You can get them by killing mobs in Scholo.

Essence of Water – You can get these items in the Felwoods, and the mobs here have a very high drop rate which makes it very lucrative to go after them.

Larval Acid – You can easily sell one of these for around 10 gold pieces, so this is another item to focus on. By grinding slugs, you could find Larval Acids at the Eastern Plaguelands. his item must be on your list because of its high drop rate and it can be a great and fast way to get gold.

Stonescale Eels – For best results, Stonescale Eels are better to catch during late at night. Look for these on the coasts of Kalimdor. They are equivalent for around 1 gold piece for each one you find.

After knowing how to find special items in the World of Warcraft, you’ve got to learn how to sell them. Here are som Auction House tips:

Since you’re going to need to sell these items in the auction house for best results, it’s important to have a good strategy to make the most money. If you are not familiar with how the auction house works, you’re going to want to sit back and watch for a few days. This will give you an idea of pricing and demand.

Don’t price your items too high or too low. The auction system will automatically give you a base price and you’ll be able to decide if you want to price it a little higher or a little lower. The best times to schedule your auctions are during high player activity, like, say early evening. At this time, you’ll probably get better results at an auction slated at this time, while auctions in the middle of the night could be really very slow.

Don’t flood the auction house with too many similar items. ind you, it could be very tempting to lay down everything you own and move on, but this will later prove to be a very bad idea. Begin selling with one from each of the more popular items you have and perhaps three or four from your more common items. In the end, you may have a better chance of getting a good deal if you don’t saturate the market with your items.

Although undercutting the prices of your competitors may seem like a good strategy, it may only ruin the market for an item. Not only will you win enemies, you may also risk the possibility of doing well at the auction house. This will only increase your chance of gaining enemies. Keep your prices fair and you’ll have a much better chance of doing well at the auction house.

That’s just the gist of knowing how to find special items in the World of Warcraft but I hope you learned a lot of practical information from this article and that you get to apply it in your game. Have fun!

Shaman Guide for World of Warcraft

In the real world, a shaman is a believer of the spiritual world. A Shaman in the World of Warcraft Shaman is a warrior and could be a very powerful character, if played the best possible way. If you are thinking of choosing this character, then continue to read this guide on how to become a great WoW Shaman.

Finding a group that is in need of a Shaman or making sure that your own skills match well with this type of class is one of the most important things you should take a look at first before you start using the Shaman. Finding a group that is in need of a Shaman is one of the most important things you should take a look at first before you start using the Shaman. When put in a group, they integrate the strength needed using their natural abilities.

Getting Started as a Shaman

This class is limited when starting out, for example, only the Dranei can be a Shaman for the Alliance. If you are on the Horde side, only the Trolls, Orc, the Undead or Taurean can qualify to be a Shaman. This indicates that you will initially need to accept some of this races weaker points, as they do have long-term benefits and uses.

Like many classes that lean more on spells or potions than the actual physical battle, you must learn here how to utilize your mana in the right way. It’s best to be moderate about it—not using too much or too little—to achieve more success in using this class. It is best to approach moderately, avoiding utilizing too much or too little. Otherwise, you’ll either spend most of your time regenerating or losing health points.

Learning healing spells is also quite important since Shamans are usually called upon to perform such spells especially within groups. Learn healing spells as much as you can since shamans are more useful in this area, especially in a group setting. Being an asset to your group is vital because you can draw protection from it.

How to pick a Shaman profession

Physically demanding professions ( blacksmith, leatherworker) are not ideal for this class. The best professions for shamans are herbalism and enchanting. Although Skinning also has its own strengths, it can only be useful up to a minimal extent. Just remember to think of a right combination of primary and secondary professions.

You can mix alchemy with herbalism and enchanting with alchem. Nevertheless, combining alchemy and herbalism or enchanting plus alchemy is not a bad idea. Others think that mining (as secondary profession) will help you get items, but it actually wastes your extra time in the game.

Potion making is also probably the best way to becoming a Shaman, not to mention earning money for they are in demand. It would be a good idea to focus most of your time mastering your professions as a Shaman as you may increase your skills and create better and more powerful concoctions that would not only earn you a larger amount of money, but also earn you more acclamation as well.

A tailoring profession may be useful, but not really ideal, for gamers most likely purchase their armors. Do not worry; for leather armors are available at Level 40 at an available price. Pieces of armor are also given as rewards for a lot of quests. Therefore, it would be a good idea to focus on professions that can earn you more money and enhance your skills not only for yourself, but for the benefit of the group as well.

Using Security Cameras will Help Prevent Employee Theft

If you are a business owner, it can be virtually impossible to monitor your employees all the time. There maybe times when employees indulge in theft and you would not even know of it! This is where installing surveillance cameras can help in preventing employee theft.

The large-scale of employee theft

There is a widespread concern over the presence of employee theft. It’s manifesting itself in grocery stores, large sized business and even high end business and industry. Employee theft effects up to 95% of all business. Employees indulge in stealing inventory from the company, cash, sensitive and critical data as well as lucrative customers of the business. This risk is enhanced by the simple fact that employers do not have the means to monitor employees in a round the clock manner. Therefore it’s impossible to know the amount of employee theft occurring within a company. Many managers do not even know that their employees are stealing things. In such a scenario, having security cameras can help a lot in preventing employee theft successfully.

Admitting to the problem

Firstly, managers and business owners would need to accept the fact that employee theft is indeed taking place in the company. Secondly, many people mistakenly assume that simply because an employee is getting a good remuneration that he or she will not steal. Often, well-placed officials are exempt from any suspicion of employee theft. Managers now automatically assume company customers indulge in theft. They also believe that employees are supposed to report any such thefts to the respective authorities.

Security Camera Installation

Installing security cameras in the workplace is one of the best ways of preventing employee theft. Doing so, places employees on a constant monitoring. Business owners now know what is happening in the organization throughout the working hours. Some employees may resent such a move by the company but in order to protect company assets, it is essential to install such security cameras. Employee theft will start to minimize after their installation. Once employees know they will be watched on camera, they are less likely to indulge in employee theft.

Minimizing entry and exit points

One of the best ways to extract maximum performance from the security cameras is by sealing off as many entry and exit points as one can. If your company has many unwatched entrance and exit’s, it will provide an easy way to commit employee theft. By reducing the number of entrance and exit places, employees know the office is under a high security system and that escape is impossible. This way, a company can begin to prevent employee theft.

Tips on Writing Good Headlines

Headlines are very important in Advertising

Here, you will learn how to write headlines for your business.

First, get out some paper and a pencil and start by doing these. Question yourself this. “What are the key reasons your customers acquire, desire or seek your product or service? In other words, what is the primary benefit or value, result or improvement or reduction or avoidance they end up receivingwhen they use your product service or business?

You should have several answers to this question. When you get them, arrange them by the most valuable and specific and the most frequently desired.

How many ways can you measure or compare the effect or benefit your product for a customer? Write as many as you can on paper.
Now run through each one of the main elements I shared with you and apply it by adapting it to your situation.

For example, pick out a few of the words that work wonders, and try adding them to the benefit your product or service produces. Example, how to rid yourself of stress overnight … announcing a way to get twice the productivity out of every hour you drive to work. “Amazing discovery, get the job of three people done for the cost of just one,” etc.

Take each one of these “wonder words” and try writing a powerful headline.
Repeat with the tested “key word,” ensuring you write each statement or cluster of thoughts down separately.

Don’t stop now as the fun has just begun.

An important word about your ROI return on investment.
Great copywriters and legendary sales trainers spend days… sometimes weeks… laboring over the details of a headline or opening statement for an ad.

Why?

Because, those “pros” know how much of pay-off this process produces. Do not limit yourself to creating just one single headline. The great masters I’ve learned from would write no less than 100 different approaches before they shortlisted the three to five best, most powerful selections they would test out. You shouldnt settle for anything less. The more headlines you start to write, the more this mind-set will become your own.

If it’s uncomfortable at first, that’s perfectly normal. Try this simple exercise, if you get stuck, ask yourself to fill in the blank describing the most powerful result or benefit your product generates. If you were talking to a customer about this result you’d be telling them how to what? Once you fill in that blank with the answer to the result your product or service produces, you’ve written your first really good headline-so keep going!

You can Download a Free copy of “100 Greatest Headlines Ever Writen” at Jay Abraham Headlines - www.JayAbrahamSystem.com to get a feel on how to write attention grabbing headlines should be written. You may use the headlines, tweak them to use in your own ads.

Bluetooth technology history

Bluetooth history

Bluetooth takes its name from a character in history called Harald Bluetooth. He was born in 910AD and the Bluetooth concept takes his name because in 940AD he had the ability to Unite two warring countries, Denmark and Norway. The founders of Bluetooth took the name of Harald Bluetooth because of the way he united two countries together and in the same way Bluetooth unites two dissimilar components. Bluetooth technology can unite different technologies like mobile phones, computers, printers, headsets etc.

The brainchild of providing a low power, low cost wireless interface was first inspired by Ericsson Mobile Communications. In 1994 they started investigating linking mobile phones and computers wirelessly. A group of like minded companies joined forces in 1998 to form and association called the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) in Lund Switzerland. This group consisted of companies from different backgrounds including one leader in digital signal processing, two of them were market leaders in the cell phone industry, and the other two were leading laptop manufacturers. These companies where Ericsson, IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, Nokia, Intel, Toshiba, and Agere. Today research and development into the Bluetooth technology is led by these companies.

Bluetooth specifications where developed by Jaap Haartsen and Sven Mattisson two employees of Ericsson Mobile Platforms. Enabling various components from different industries to Connect Bluetooth technology was developed in Scandanavia. This wireless technology is based on a frequency hopping spread spectrum providing a secure radio signal that combines and simplifies multiple forms of communication.

The Bluetooth Special Interest Group made a firm commitment to have Bluetooth technology installed in various devices and by 2002 Bluetooth technology was installed in PC’s, notebooks, desktop computers and over 100 million mobile phones had the technology as well as millions of other communications devices.

Bluetooth definition?

Bluetooth is a wireless communications network which operates on a short-range radio frequency. Bluetooth technology has the ability to has the ability to be used on any equipment that has its built in features and can exchange information between various device like mobile phones and computers. Due to its very low power it is medically safe to use, the information it carries using short wave radio and narrow bandwidth know as ISM is scientifically sound and very secure.

To be able to connect to one another devices need to have Bluetooth profiles and need to be compatible with each other. You can use things like mobile phones, hands free headsets, printers with wireless network communications, keyboards and a mouse, provided the profiles have been enabled.

Versions of Bluetooth

Improved features and more benefits have seen Bluetooth improve and change since version 1.Introduced in 1998 and like most other new technologies had many teething problems. The lack of devices able to communicate with each other was one of the problems.

Version 1.1 saw great improvements and it became a truly operable product with devices being able to communicate properly.

Version 1.2 saw vast improvements with many new features and greater benefits, with improved voice quality, backward compatible and a generally better product.

Version2.0 improved even more with features and quality and now version 3.0 is able to communicate with several devices using a Bluetooth master device in which the slave can become the master at any given time. Master devices use there ability and can swiftly switch from one device to another.

Other similar technology Such as Wi-Fi is on the market but use different technology although Wi-Fi has a greater operating range. The difference is Bluetooth technology is a lot cheaper as the Wi-Fi hardware is much more expensive. The Bluetooth setup of its services between many devices is simpler, can be automated and security is easier. Wi-Fi is more complicated to set up and needs to have devices configured to set up shared resources which are more for Ethernet networking. Wi-Fi is better suited for operating larger networks while Bluetooth has more power and better connections.

For operating Bluetooth on a computer it requires Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or higher. If you run an Apple computer it has been supported by Bluetooth technology since 2002. Bluetooth instillation has been carried out on most computers but if not a device called a dongle can be used provided you have windows XP and service pack 2. The dongle device allows various devices to communicate with your computer.

The future of Bluetooth is bright and it has become the world wide wireless standard system. In the future High quality audio and video data will have a much higher quality as Bluetooth improves and the alternative for transporting Bluetooth profile data is MAC PHY. Automatic configuration will be carried out by using Topology Management, and broadcast channelling, which will enable Bluetooth in other devises. The chain reaction is already in progress and as more components use Bluetooth technology, manufacturers of electronics will jump on the band wagon and become increasingly eager to make their products compatible. While other technology may go Bluetooth is here for the long term.

Attention Grabbing Headlines

The headline is definitely the key factor in most promotions and advertising.

Likewise, it is also the most important factor of any selling message “live or recorded, in person or by phone, audio or video” your company ever uses.

It is the opening sentence or paragraph you use in any sales letter or written communication you ever send out to customers, prospects, suppliers or staff. It’s the first words your sales persons utter, when they engage anyone in a sales presentation or one-on-one discussion.

Likewise, the “headline,” or its “equivalent,” are the first phrases you begin your conversation with when a customer or prospect comes in or calls in. It is also the first paragraph you state when recording a commercial or when meeting people at your trade show booth display.

The purpose of a headline is to attract your prospect’s ATTENTION. When I say your prospect, I mean that your headline should target precisely whom you want to reach your target market. For example, if you wish to sell to homeowners, put the word “homeowners” in the headline.

The headline has to serve as an ad for your ad. It should tell the reader immediately and clearly the essence of what you’re trying to say in the body copy. The headline should give the reader a Big Benefit or Big Promise. So, write a headline that tells the right people the benefit you are offering them.

When you write or decide upon your headline-or it’s opening equivalent-you have spent at least 80 cents out of your dollar. Stated differently, 80% of your outcome-four fifths of your result… all but 20% of the successful selling effort is effected positively or negatively by how and what you communicate in the beginning.

A properly written headline can make a 20 times improvement in response or acceptance by your prospect customer. Every headline or opening statement should appeal to the prospect’s or reader’s or listener’s self-interest. It would have to promise him or her a desirable, powerful and appealing benefit. It is best to inject “news” or “educational” value into the headline also.
