Shout It Loud

Last week I had the great pleasure of visiting Alton Towers for the first time, me and my mates decided to drive down on a Sunday morning and spend the whole day there.

This was my first visit to this theme park and after hearing it was the best in the UK I could not wait, me and my friends are still students so we drive bangers which I dont think would have made it all the way to Alton. I looked through the yellow pages and phoned up one of the local car leasing companies to get a motor to make our way there. We got a mini cooper and made our way day, it took around 5 hours.

When we got there it was in the middle of a country village quite an odd place, but it looked awesome. We quickly made our way to the entrance and bought some fast track tickets, as there was no way that we would be queing up here, especially after we had drove so far.

All I can say is wow, the amount of thrill rides in Alton Towers was awesome, the best was probably oblivion, but the nemesis, rita and air were also great.

All in all a good day out and recommended to all!
